Job summary

Under the supervision of the Program Director, you will supervise staff, manage client flow, and advance the social rehabilitation approach within residential treatment.

Qualifications

• AA in any field + 6 years experience in any mental health related field.
• BA in any field + 4 years experience in any mental health related field.
• MA in any field + 2 years experience in any mental health related field.
• MHRS Certification required for this position.
• Experience in residential treatment and knowledge of social rehabilitation preferred.
• Must demonstrate leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff of the adult psychiatric acute residential treatment program.
• Manage the flow of clients into and out of the program.
• Promote the philosophy of social rehabilitation in residential treatment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client referral sources and related mental health programs.
• Review charts and client records; assist in staff training.
• Coordinate staff schedule and the collection of client data.
• Advocate for and participate in the maintenance of the facility.
