Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Live‑on higher education housing experience preferred.
• Experience mitigating crises and conflicts preferred.
• Experience supervising paraprofessional staff and budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise and evaluate paraprofessional and graduate staff.
• Coordinate learning strategies and programming for residential students.
• Oversee staffing and programming to support student development.
• Manage crisis response and ensure student safety in residence halls.
