Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services to assist the Director in coordinating physical, occupational, and speech therapy across three departments. You will help ensure high-quality rehab services in line with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

You must hold active Licenses in the relevant therapy areas, state licensure in good standing, and CPR certification. Supervisory experience in post-acute care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active professional licensure in the applicable therapy area(s) and ongoing state licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
• Supervisory experience in post-acute care or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with patients, families, and support departments to plan patient needs.
• Maintain and supervise rehab staff and programs.
• Direct growth, development, and maintenance of rehab programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Life Care standards.
