Job summary

The People Concern is looking for an Assistant Director, Project-based Housing in Lancaster, CA to support the Director in overseeing Project-based Housing sites throughout Los Angeles County. This role includes providing clinical consultation, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in staff management.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in a mental health field, an active clinical license, and several years of management experience. This position offers a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters' degree in mental health field (Social Work, MFT, or Psychology).
• Active clinical License in good standing for over 2 years.
• Extensive experience with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Management/supervisory experience preferred (2+ years).
• Knowledge of local and federal benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in overseeing Project-based Housing sites.
• Provide clinical consultation to staff.
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Assist in staff training and evaluation.
• Monitor client service levels and progress notes.
