Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to help run a safe and effective childcare program. You will work with the School Director to meet licensing standards and promote a nurturing environment for children and families.

In the absence of the Director, you will assume full responsibility for the school and help recruit, train, and support staff while guiding the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
