Job summary

Marcus JCC of Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Director of Pickleball to help operate a 15-court facility and drive program growth. You will design clinics, lead classes, and support leagues and events to create a welcoming community of pickleball enthusiasts.

The role requires enthusiasm for teaching, knowledge of the sport, and the ability to work with players of all levels while maintaining strong customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching players of varying skill levels.
• Ability to develop clinics, leagues and special events.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead pickleball clinics, drills and classes for all ages.
• Develop and execute leagues, tournaments and social events.
• Maintain a presence during open play to encourage participation.
• Build relationships with members and provide outstanding service.
• Support growth in participation and retention of players.
• Manage social media posts and facility apps.
• Communicate program information clearly to participants and staff.
• Assist with court setup, equipment and program prep.
