• Primary point of contact for programmatic questions and student support and communications.
• Schedule residencies, research colloquia, and project presentations.
• Manage student registration, progress tracking, and financial aid processes (NFLP).
• Collect and analyze data for program evaluation, compliance reporting, and enrollment optimization using Slate CRM.
• Coordinate logistics for program events, dissertation proposals, defenses, and maintain program documents.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts through marketing materials and virtual information sessions.
