Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's OnRamps is seeking an Assistant Director of Partnerships to build and manage strategic PK-16 and higher education relationships. You will lead partnership development, maintain key relationships, and support strategy execution with cross‑functional teams across Texas and beyond.

Travel up to 20% and a hybrid work model are expected as part of course implementation and program growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, higher education, policy, or closely related field.
• Five or more years in K12 or higher education leading teams to meet strategic outcomes.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences.
• Experience with Canvas LMS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Directs partnership development strategies to expand OnRamps’ impact with PK-16, agencies, and higher education.
• Leads case management to achieve acquisition, retention and growth targets.
• Maintains CRM documentation and regular status reports.
• Improves partnership systems, renewals, and cross‑team alignment.
• Guides communications, marketing, and engagement for external events and recruitment.
• Represents the organization at external events to attract opportunities.
