Job summary

The People Concern's Santa Monica Outreach Program is seeking a licensed mental health professional to serve as the Assistant Director of 3 multidisciplinary street outreach teams. You will provide clinical oversight, supervise Program Managers and Clinical Case Managers, and coordinate with the City of Santa Monica and funders.

This is a full-time exempt management role focused on housing placement, community partnerships, and program quality improvement within a busy outreach environment.

Qualifications

• Masters' degree in mental health field and licensed or able to get licensed within 6 months.
• Three or more years' experience in outreach and street engagement.
• Two years of supervision/management experience in a nonprofit serving homeless or mentally ill populations.
• LPS designation, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for three street outreach teams and supervise program managers and clinicians.
• Coordinate interagency relationships with City of Santa Monica and funders.
• Lead team meetings and ensure continuity of care and housing placement efforts.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and compliance with funders and regulators.
• Support Diverse and Equitable hiring practices and staff development.
