Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in higher education or related field.
• Two years’ experience in academic advising preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver undergraduate workshops.
• Experience with assessments and program reviews.

• Provide academic and professional advising one-on-one and in groups for undergraduates.
• Ensure on-time graduation by monitoring degree progress.
• Support advising team with degree audits and student records.
• Design and assess pre-health trainings and workshops for advisors.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff across SU to support student success.
