• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of college-level academic advising experience.
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations and collaborate with faculty.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide academic and professional advising in one-on-one sessions for undergraduates.
• Present workshops on major selection, program requirements and career planning.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to support student success.
• Maintain accurate student records and assist with degree audits.
• Utilize Handshake and other career software to assist students.
