Job summary

Encore Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Wellness to support the Director of Wellness in supervising the nursing staff and delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our Wisconsin communities.

You will help maintain clinical standards, mentor staff, and promote a warm, home-like environment where independence and dignity are valued. Strong RN licensure and a passion for seniors are essential.

This is a full-time, benefit-rich role with opportunities for growth.

Work Experience Qualifications

• Must 21 years of age or older
