Job summary

Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Director of Training and Development to lead staff professional development, facilitate Cultural Intelligence and Biblical Diversity workshops, and equip campus leaders.

This in-person role partners with the Chief Human Resources Officer and focuses on blending practical workplace tools with scriptural principles to strengthen relationships and foster a Christ-centered, inclusive campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communication, education, leadership or a related degree.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff professional development programs and workshops.
• Design and deliver training for customer service and leadership development.
• Facilitate Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Biblical Diversity workshops.
• Provide departmental support and contribute to HR projects and campus events.
