Job summary

Bentley University seeks an Assistant Director of Programs and Student Leadership to work with the BSLE Center Director in identifying and managing community partner opportunities and to hire, train, and provide professional development for Bentley Service-Learning and Civic Engagement Center student leaders.

Responsibilities include administering service-learning programs, assisting with marketing and events, recruiting student leaders, supervising 70+ student workers, and delivering trainings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional experience with community agencies and student populations.
• Ability to design training sessions for students involved in service-learning and to support civic DEIJ projects.
• Strong public presentation skills and ability to engage multiple constituencies on- and off-campus.

Responsibilities

• Administer service-learning programs and tutor/mentoring activities.
• Help recruit and train student leaders and supervise 70+ student workers.
• Develop and deliver professional development trainings for 150+ Program Managers.
