Montclair State University is seeking an Assistant Director of Programming and Partnerships to collaborate with external organizations. This role involves managing programming partnerships, overseeing content development, and enhancing NJ PBS's outreach through strategic collaborations.

Reporting to the Programming Director, the Assistant Director of Programming and Partnerships works with external organizations to arrange co-production arrangements and content collaboration agreements. The Assistant Director works to expand NJ PBS's programming reach and resources through strategic partnerships with journalism organizations, cultural institutions, universities, and community groups. This position also assists with scheduling and programming strategy.

Salary Range: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 Annually. The position may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.
