University Health Services (UHS) is looking for an Assistant Director of Operations to join our dynamic team. This position reports to the Associate Director of Operations and will partner with departmental leadership teams to support operations across the organization, including Medical Services, Mental Health Services, Survivor Services, and Prevention teams. This position is essential to ensuring the health and wellbeing of students throughout UW-Madison. This position serves as a key operational partner across UHS, responsible for overseeing the campus immunization disclosure policy requirements, ensuring that UHS is compliant with all accreditation standards, and supervising key operational team members for the Medical and Mental Health Services teams. This position will provide project management services, support the management of strategic initiatives, and serve as a partner to clinical and operational leaders to ensure the success of operational initiatives and day to day operational needs. This role will identify process improvement opportunities as well as ways for cross collaboration across departments within UHS.
Bachelor's Degree Required
The minimum salary for this position is $90,000, with final salary based on experience and qualifications.
