Responsibilities

• Take your nursing career to the next level! Join our clinical team as a Unit Assistant Director of Nursing. You will be responsible for the overall operations of patient care for your assigned Unit.
• Collaborate with physicians, other medical professionals, and the interdisciplinary team within the unit to provide high quality care
• Ensure adequate staffing to provide quality care eliminating agency and overtime when possible to meet nursing center clinical and financial goals.
• Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement activities for the Center and/or unit
• Recruitment and professional development of unit nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate Degree in Nursing,
• 3 years of nursing experience. Diploma,
• 3 years of nursing experience.
• BSN, 2 years nursing experience.
• Successful nurse leadership experience (i.e. head nurse, supervisor, etc.) for a minimum of one year. Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
