Genesis is seeking a Unit Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee patient care operations for the assigned unit. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high quality care and patient safety.

Responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing, participating in quality improvement, and mentoring unit nursing staff. This is a full-time, on-site role in New Mexico with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years of nursing experience. Diploma is noted in the listing.
• BSN with 2 years nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Successful nurse leadership experience (i.e. head nurse, supervisor, etc.) for a minimum of one year. Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
