Job summary

Cibolo Creek Health in Boerne, TX is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN or LVN) to lead the nursing team and uphold high quality patient care across our facility. You will implement policies, supervise care, ensure adequate staffing, manage admissions and patient care procedures, and drive budgets, training, and regulatory compliance.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or Unit Manager.
• Current Texas RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Budgeting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in nursing administration.
• Willingness to stay updated on nursing administration standards.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN / LVN license in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the Board of Nurse Examiners.
