You will plan, organize, and direct care, conduct regular rounds, enforce policies, coach RNs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing in the state of Iowa.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department.
• Conduct rounds to monitor care delivery and propose solutions.

• Support administrative functions to improve department efficiency.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in on-call rotations with the leadership team.
