Palm Garden is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) in Florida to lead daily clinical operations, mentor staff and uphold resident care standards. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure compassionate, compliant care for residents and families.

Applicants must hold an active RN license with 1–3 years of nurse supervisory experience; Point Click Care experience is a plus. This role offers opportunities for continuing education and career growth within a trusted
