Palm Garden seeks a Director of Education/Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead our clinical staff development across our Florida facilities. This role oversees infection control, the professional development program, and training initiatives to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will coordinate compliance efforts and support staff through ongoing education. The successful candidate will hold an active RN license, have 1–3 years of nurse supervision experience, and be familiar with

• Active and clear RN license required.
• 1–3 years of nurse supervisory experience focused on staff education and development.
• Experience with Point Click Care is a plus.

• Infection Control

• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident care standards

What We Are Looking For

• Active and Clear RN license
• 1-3 years of Nurse Supervisory experience focused on staff education and development
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
