Job summary

Cascades at Skyview in Bridgeport, Nebraska, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the DON in daily clinical operations, quality of care, and staffing compliance.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, assist with hiring and training, coach staff, and oversee care delivery with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Nebraska.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, performance management and discipline.

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Nebraska
• Minimum one year of successful nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility

• Excellent communication skills, expert at working cooperatively as a member of team
