Luxe Rehabilitation in Lancaster, OH is seeking an energetic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role supports the Director of Nursing and nursing team to implement systems ensuring comprehensive patient care across medical, physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Ideal candidates hold an RN (preferred) with OH nursing license; relocate to Lancaster before starting. This full-time, on-site position includes benefits and opportunities to lead infection control and quality initiatives.

Formación

• OH nursing license and RN preferred.
• Ability to relocate to Lancaster, OH 43130 prior to starting.
• Experience guiding nursing teams and implementing facility systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and support the DON; help manage the facility in the absence of Administrator and DON.
• Oversee infection control, skin integrity, and fall reduction/management efforts.
• Perform chart audits to ensure proper care, treatments, and documentation; lead in-service training as needed.
