Job summary

Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is seeking an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON in planning, organizing, and directing our nursing team.

You will oversee daily operations, promote high-quality resident care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with salary-based compensation. This role requires LTC ADON experience and RN licensure.

Qualifications

• RN with ADON experience in long-term care.
• Licensed RN in the state.
• Experience assisting the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing team.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality care.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain regulatory compliance.
