Job summary

Luxor Healthcare Group's Community Skilled Health Care Centre in Warren, OH is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. You will support the Director of Nursing, supervise staff, and uphold high clinical standards to ensure exceptional resident care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN or LPN license, have prior nursing leadership in long-term care, and demonstrate strong organization, communication, and staff development skills.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license per state regulations.
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical documentation.
• Commitment to quality care and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with daily operations.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing coverage.
• Participate in audits, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.
