Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Ohio is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our skilled nursing team with a focus on quality care and staff development. You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, monitor clinical outcomes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, while ensuring regulatory readiness.

Required is an RN license and prior leadership in long-term care, with strong communication, organization, and resident-centered care ethos.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license is required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Passion for resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the nursing department.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure resident care.
