Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services’ The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Spring, TX seeks an LVN Charge Nurse to support high-quality resident care on a 6am-6pm shift. You will observe, assess, and document resident condition during rounds and assist with care plans.

The ideal candidate has completed an LVN program at an accredited school and holds an active Texas LVN license; experience in skilled nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Has completed an LVN program at an accredited vocational school or college.
• Must hold an active Texas LVN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document resident condition during rounds and report changes.
• Assist in implementing and updating resident care plans as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and coordinate with physicians.
• Document physician visits and perform nursing assessments prior to calls.
