Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford, Texas, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing - LVN to lead the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, ensuring safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will supervise LVNs and clinical staff, develop nursing policies, conduct performance evaluations, coordinate with physicians and rehab teams, and drive quality improvement initiatives to uphold regulatory standards and excellence in care.

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of quality care metrics
• Collaborating with the rehab team to ensure seamless transitions for patients

Job Summary:
