Job summary

Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford, Texas is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing - LVN to lead day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. • Conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and development opportunities for nursing staff
• Ensuring effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of quality care metrics
• Collaborating with the rehab team to ensure seamless transitions for patients
