Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in supervising the SNF Nursing Service Department. You will help plan, organize, and direct daily nursing operations to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and other software.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day nursing services.
- Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high quality of resident care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and infection control policies.
