The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of management experience, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a valid Wisconsin RN license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to residents/patients.
• Ensure adequate staffing to provide quality care.
• Coordinate in-service/staff development programs.
• Provide clinical expertise to facilitate nursing processes.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients, residents, employees and visitors.
• Act as Director of Nursing in the absence of the DON.
• Supervise nursing personnel as directed by the DON.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
