AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family and support the Director of Nursing in clinical management. The ADON will focus on resident and family needs, team building, and sustaining a high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Education, training, experience or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long‑term care standards per Federal Register COP and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Director of Nursing with overall clinical management of the facility.
• Help build a high‑performing team and culture.
