Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility, focusing on residents and families, and helping build a high-performing team and culture.

Walk-ins are welcome daily. We offer competitive compensation, Daily Pay, 401k with match, health insurance for the entire family, PTO, and other voluntary benefits with one-on-one benefit meetings.

Qualifications

Valid Texas Nurse License.
Valid CPR Certification.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in healthcare facilities.
Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist and support the Director of Nursing with overall clinical management of the facility.
Help build a high-performing team and culture.
