AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family. We are looking for a Licensed professional who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about helping develop a high-performing team and culture. The ADON assists the Director of Nursing with overall clinical management of the facility.

Walk-ins are welcome daily! The position offers competitive compensation, daily pay, a 401k with match, company-paid holidays and PTO, family health

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility.
• Contribute to building a high-performing team and culture.
• Support daily operations to ensure quality patient care.
