Parkside Hospital in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing & Education (ADON) to oversee nursing operations and lead clinical education programs. This leadership role partners with the DON and hospital leadership to drive patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.
The ADON/Education will mentor RNs, LPNs, and MHTs, coordinate onboarding and competency assessments, and promote evidence-based practice across the facility, ensuring staff development and high-quality care.

The Assistant Director of Nursing & Education (ADON/Education) assists the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services while leading the development, implementation, and oversight of clinical education programs throughout the hospital. This position promotes clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, workforce development, competency validation, and quality patient care. Because the organization does not utilize unit directors or managers within nursing services, this position works collaboratively with all members of the leadership team and frontline staff to support patient care, operations, and organizational goals.
