What you will be doing
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/Educator assists in the planning, organization, direction, supervision, and evaluation of all nursing services at the facility. The ADON works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and assists in the implementation of Upjohn Care Center core programs. This role also helps maintain resident care records and supervises the orientation and training of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to facility standards.
