Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead clinical operations, support staffing, and ensure high-quality resident care. This leadership role requires strong clinical judgment, dependable collaboration with teams, and rigorous adherence to regulatory standards.

You will oversee MDS, care planning, infection control, and performance improvement while managing nursing staff and resources to meet census and budget needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control programs.
• Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records.
• Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans.
• Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures.
