Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. This leadership role reports to the administrator and drives clinical excellence.

As ADON you will oversee staffing, MDS and care planning, supervise nursing staff, ensure accurate documentation, develop individualized care plans, and uphold infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered nurse in good standing
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations
• Ability to develop individualized care plans
• Excellent assessment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support Staffing Needs: assist floor staffing when needed
• Oversee Resident Care: contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs
