Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead resident care and staff support in a dynamic long‑term care setting. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality care, and strong clinical judgment.

The ADON will oversee staffing, care planning, documentation, and infection control while collaborating with physicians and wellness teams to drive improvements and ensure excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Proven leadership/management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs by stepping in to assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee resident care, including MDS, care planning, performance improvement and infection control.
• Manage nursing staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign and delegate duties per census and budget.
• Ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date resident records.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing teams.
• Support staff resources: ensure access to equipment, supplies, and care resources.
• Uphold infection control: conduct assessments and implement control measures.
