As ADON, you will support staffing, oversee care plans, participate in performance improvement, and collaborate with physicians to deliver restorative, person‑centered care for residents while maintaining high standards of documentation and staff development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Staffing Needs: assist floor staffing when needed.

• Manage Nursing Staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate duties based on census and budget needs.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation: review and maintain resident records.
• Develop Care Plans: design individualized plans with physicians and nursing teams.
• Support Staff Resources: ensure access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Uphold Infection Control: conduct assessments and implement control measures.

This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Your Impact as an Assistant Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
