Silvercrest of Urbana in Urbana, Ohio seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This role partners with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold exceptional resident care.

Qualified candidates hold an Ohio RN license with prior long-term care or supervisory experience and strong communication and analytical skills to support CMS-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and nursing home operations.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities
