Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation in Carlisle, PA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with the Director of Nursing in guiding daily nursing operations and resident care planning.

The ideal candidate is a Pennsylvania-licensed RN with strong leadership, clinical and managerial skills; LTC experience preferred. You will work in a family-like environment that values dignity and respect, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN with PA licensure and leadership experience.
• Experience in long-term care management preferred.
• Strong clinical and managerial skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day nursing operations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure quality and resident satisfaction.
• Participate in budget planning and management related to nursing services.
• Implement policies to enhance nursing care delivery.
• Provide leadership during emergencies.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of care.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding clinical practices and protocols.

• Experiencein LTC is preferred
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work
