Job summary

Epic Healthcare is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department and ensuring high-quality resident care.

You will lead nursing staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to policies and procedures while promoting professional growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • RN license in Pennsylvania is required.
  • BSN degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department to ensure optimal resident care.
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality of care to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise nursing staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
