Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our patients and residents. With a focus on clinical excellence, leadership, and teamwork, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and open communication
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality care standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the nursing department
• Participate in the development and management of the nursing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and fiscal responsibility
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and regulatory changes, making recommendations for process improvements and quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, with a strong background in clinical nursing practice
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvani
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems
