Responsibilities

  • Oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical department
  • Hiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership team
  • Work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services, accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status on electronic care systems
  • Oversight of aides, nurses, and other care staff; delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnel as needed
  • Other leadership duties as required

Qualifications

  • Current Nursing license in the State
  • Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, geriatric nursing, gerontology, or dementia care
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of service plans, medication management systems, infection control, and safety procedures
  • Skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, team member empowerment, and responsiveness to residents
