Role Overview:

The ADON plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and staff performance. You will:

• Oversee daily clinical operations alongside the Director of Nursing
• Coordinate and manage individualized nursing care plans
• Help develop and implement specialized clinical programs
• Support compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care
• Participate in the nursing home survey process
• Lead quality assurance and infection control efforts
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Organize and facilitate in-service education and training
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia (required)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (highly desired)
• Experience in infection prevention (preferred)
