ADON Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Educate staff on infection prevention protocols and ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits, track infection data, and report trends to leadership.
• Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical operations, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.

ADON Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain.
• Prior experience in infection prevention and/or nursing leadership in long-term care (preferred).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.
