Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality care for residents. Responsibilities include following health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Education & Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license or LPN license if allowed by state.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with team members and observe safety protocols.

Experience

• At least two years in a supervisory role in healthcare, preferably in long-term care.
• Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management is preferred.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time, 3pm-11pm shift.
• Up to $43.00/hour.
