As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
